Dean Brettschneider in Christchurch sharing breadmaking secrets

Global Baker (and judge of New Zealand’s Hottest Home Baker TV Show), Dean Brettschneider is in Christchurch for an exclusive, one–off class THIS SUNDAY.
During the afternoon, he will share with you the secrets of successful bread making.

During the 3 hour class, Dean will demonstrate and answer questions relating to the art of bread making. He will also discuss his weekly Global Travels, talk about his next book due out later this year and share some secrets from behind the scenes of the numerous TV shows he is involved with.

Dean will demonstrate the principles of making successful breads:
• quick style focaccia,
• basic crusty bread,
• hot x buns and his latest fixation
• “Danish Rugbrod” (a full whole grain rye bread).

Date: Sunday 17 April
Time: 1.15pm for coffee, 1.30pm start
