Mr Lu has seen the devastation that the Feb 22nd 2011 earthquake has caused his home town, and seen his most beloved pastime put into jeopardy with the collapse and ruin of so many restaurants and cafes.

So, being an exceptional DineOut citizen, and also a Christchurch local who wants to see the city rebuild and grow again, he's stumping up $250 in cold, hard cash to one lucky reviewer who eats out east over the next 4 weeks.

How do you get lucky? Three simple steps.

1. Check the listings on this page for a cafe or restaurant out east who could really use your custom. Give them a call or swing on by and have a meal, a snack or even just a coffee.
2. Pop back to DineOut and review them! This lets everyone know they are open and doing business and is the best marketing they can have right now.
3. Head back to the article and toss a comment in saying you're keen to win Mr Lu's cash! Note: you only need to do this once

So, any reviews of the cafes and restaurants on the list that are submitted (and accepted) between now and the 20th April 2011 are in the draw to win. The more establishments you visit, and review, the higher the more chances you’ll have at the cash.
